Construction site rough cleaning
Rough clean, during the shell and building phase
What you need
A safe, clear site so the next trade can start on time, and to be able to order a clean at short notice.
What we do
- Removing building debris, offcuts, packaging and loose dirt, floor by floor
- Sorting waste by type and disposing of it, or filling the site skips correctly
- Sweeping or vacuuming floors, stairs, the underground garage and access routes
- Keeping escape routes and stairwells clear (a SUVA safety concern)
- Optional: cleaning the site huts, toilet containers and the access road

What you need
Low dust before painters, floor layers and kitchen installers start, plus a presentable site for inspections and buyer viewings.
What we do
- Thorough dust removal: industrial vacuuming of floors, window sills, ledges and installation shafts
- Removing cement and plaster splashes before they set hard
- Cleaning before interim inspections, sample-flat viewings or open days
- Checking that protective covers are still in place, and cleaning around them
- On call, booked as often as the construction schedule needs

Final construction cleaning
Fine clean, before handover
What you need
A building that passes handover on the deadline, with no damage to new surfaces and nothing for the defects list.
What we do
- Removing protective films, labels, tape, silicone and adhesive residue
- Windows including frames, rebates, sills and blinds
- Kitchens and bathrooms: inside the cupboards, appliances, removing limescale and cement film from fittings and tiles
- Treating each floor correctly, e.g. removing cement haze from stone, dry cleaning for parquet, a first care treatment for linoleum
- Doors, frames, sockets, radiators, ventilation grilles, lifts, stairwells and the garage
- Balconies and cellars
- Large teams for tight deadlines, including weekends
- We attend the handover – and re-clean free of charge if anything about the cleaning is flagged
